"We didn't have cleaning services for 2 out of the 3 nights we were there. Our toilet backed up the first night we were there and when we called the front desk the person who answered the phone stated that there was only 1 plunger in the hotel and someone else was using it. We had to make continuous trips throughout the night to the first floor restroom. Several people were loitering around the hotel and looked very undesireable. When we were checking out the person at the front desk was in a deep sleep and we had to yell at him 4 or 5 times before he woke up and we could check out."
